Job Description
Job Summary
The Chief Engineer will have authority to direct the CMI workforce and the work to be accomplished at CMIs customer site located in Lakewood CO.
Key Job Functions
- Responsible for workload management planning supervision inspections and Quality Management; not the performance of service requests or preventive maintenance.
- Monitor and maintaining building equipment
- Perform QC inspections and produce QC reports
- Oversee/manage thirdparty QC inspections (VTE)
- Perform inspections of building equipment and systems (MEP life safety etc.)
- Perform general maintenance to common/public areas
- Assist in all phases of repair work
- Record various aspects of system operations service activities in the NCMMS
- Schedule and review routine inspections (rounds) of mission critical equipment
- Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications :
- Minimum of five (5) years of recent supervisory experience directing operation and maintenance staff and activities.
- Experience must be in the operation management and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for a project that covered multiple facilities of at least 250000 square feet for all facilities.
- Proficiency in the use of the National Computerized Maintenance Management System (NCMMS)
- Familiarity with contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential
