Job Description
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Greet and welcome clients and patients personally by name answer their questions and triage concerns.
Observe signs of fear anxiety and stress in animal patients and offer solutions to promote a fearfree experience.
Answer incoming calls emails and text messages with solutions to clients questions and concerns about their pet(s). Recognize and triage medical concerns so urgent needs are addressed in a timely manner.
Offer clients compassionate emotional support during times of need; must be comfortable with various medical outcomes.
Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites scratches animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.
Qualifications :
Were looking for:
- A minimum 1 year of veterinary industry experience required
- Compassionate calm team player multitasker and strong communicator
- Highly organized and possesses computer skills
- Excellent reading/comprehension/legible writing skills
- Selfstarter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.
