- Assist customers with inquiries issues and productrelated questions.

- Follow company policies and escalate issues when necessary.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Croatian (written and spoken).
- Good command of English for training and communication purposes.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work onsite in Athens Greece.
