Job Title: PrePress and Order Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Brampton ON Canada
Contract Details: Fulltime permanent
Our client in Brampton ON is a leading supplier of plastic packaging solutions and are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented PrePress and Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their team in Brampton ON.
As a PrePress and Order Fulfillment Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders and the preparation of printready files for production. You will work closely with our sales production and shipping teams to ensure that all orders are fulfilled to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and review customer orders ensuring accuracy and completeness
Prepare printready files for production using Adobe Creative Suite
Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
Communicate with customers regarding order status changes and any issues that may arise
Maintain accurate records of all orders including pricing shipping and invoicing information
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of materials
Assist with quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the prepress process
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a prepress or order fulfillment role
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of printing processes and materials is an asset
Experience with ERP systems is an asset
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
