Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Head to join our team and oversee all human resources operations. The HR Head will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with our companys goals and objectives. They will also be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the companys goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management and employee development.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process to ensure the selection of topquality candidates.
- Develop and manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to track and analyze employee data and make datadriven decisions.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
