Position Summary

The Membership Corporate Quality Controller will play a critical role in ensuring quality assurance across administrative processes managing financial profiles and aligning operations with the organizations standards. The individual will also provide adhoc support to optimize departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality control for administrative updates and processes.
  • Stay updated on operational requirements and ensure organizational alignment.
  • Manage financial profiles and reconciliation tasks effectively.
  • Provide adhoc assistance to support the departments efficiency and goals.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Grade 12.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in membership administration and reconciliation.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong report writing skills.
