Job Description
Position: Pharmacy Technician
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and possess excellent customer service skills. This is a fulltime position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the pharmacist in filling and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Maintaining inventory levels and ordering medications as needed
Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
Processing insurance claims and handling cash transactions
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care
Adhering to all pharmacy regulations and safety standards
Continuously updating knowledge of medications and their uses
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Pharmacy Technician certification or license (if required by state)
Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and procedures
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of insurance and prescription billing processes
Proficient with computer systems and software
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
