ob Title: Search Engine/Technical Customer Service (German)
Location: Lisbon
Languages Required: German (Fluent)
Contract Type: 6month CDD (FixedTerm Contract)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
- 2 Rotational Days Off per week
Job Description:
As a Search Engine/Technical Customer Service Representative you will provide assistance to Germanspeaking customers with technical queries related to search engine services. You will handle inquiries resolve technical issues and offer support to enhance user experience. The role requires a proactive approach and effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in additional languages (French Italian Dutch) is a plus
- Strong technical problemsolving skills
