Multilingual Customer Service Officer (French / Dutch / German) Remote (Northern Portugal)
Are you based in Northern Portugal and looking for a dynamic opportunity with an international company We are currently seeking a Multilingual Customer Service Officer fluent in French Dutch and German to join our team in a fully remote role. If youre passionate about customer service and thrive in a fastpaced customerfocused environment we want to hear from you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in French Dutch and German via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries issues and complaints quickly and professionally ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with various teams to provide effective and timely solutions to customers needs.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up to ensure full resolution of any outstanding issues.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Be the goto expert for customer queries offering clear helpful and informative responses.
What Were Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluent in French Dutch and German (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is also required for internal communication.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a call center is beneficial but not mandatory. We value enthusiasm a passion for helping others and a willingness to learn.
- CustomerCentric: You have a positive attitude a solutionfocused mindset and the ability to handle challenges with care and professionalism.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other customer service tools to assist customers efficiently.
- Location: This position is for candidates already based in Northern Portugal. We are not offering relocation support for this role.
