About the Role
Were seeking a Dutchspeaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Lisbon. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic multicultural environment while providing exceptional customer support.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
- Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
- 2 rotational days off per week
- 40hour work week
Compensation
- Base salary: 1100 (14 months)
- Performance bonus: 120 (12 months)
- Meal allowance: 135 (12 months)

Key Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory)
- Good command of English
- Customer service orientation
- Strong communication skills

Main Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels
- Provide solutions to customer issues
- Maintain high service quality standards
- Document all customer interactions

Required Experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Previous contact center experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems beneficial
Required Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional customer service certifications are a plus
Required Languages
- Dutch (Native/Fluent)
- English (B2 minimum)
