Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments within the facility.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations including CMS guidelines.
- Financial Management: Oversee the facilitys budget financial planning and cost control.
- Staff Management: Recruit hire train and develop a highperforming team.
- Resident Care: Promote a residentcentered culture and ensure the delivery of quality care.
- Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents families and community partners.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in longterm care administration.
- Education: Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations financial management and human resources.
- Skills: Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
