Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our dedicated team. As the Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while overseeing the overall operations of the facility.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments within the facility.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations including CMS guidelines.
  3. Financial Management: Oversee the facilitys budget financial planning and cost control.
  4. Staff Management: Recruit hire train and develop a highperforming team.
  5. Resident Care: Promote a residentcentered culture and ensure the delivery of quality care.
  6. Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents families and community partners.

Qualifications:

  1. Licensure: Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
  2. Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in longterm care administration.
  3. Education: Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field.
  4. Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations financial management and human resources.
  5. Skills: Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
