Quem procuramos
We are looking for a Web Frontend Senior Developer to collaborate with our team on new initiatives. This role involves working across the frontend stack and developing components in ReactJS leveraging crossteam API services to enhance the SDUI Component Library.
Local: Portugal
- Collaborate with Staff Developers and Engineering Managers to deliver worldclass components that are scalable and flexible for our business partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of our libraries and applications understand their strengths and weaknesses and work with the team to provide solutions to address those challenges and streamline our development of component solutions.
- Assist in the development of software components to enhance our portfolio.
- Construct design documents and documentation to aid in maintenance and code reuse.
- Through your knowledge of industry trends and tools together with your own experiences work with the team to improve our software our environment and our process.
- Work with the development team and technical leads to tear down obstacles and keep initiatives on target and moving forward.
- Coaching and Mentorship to junior developers
- Provide technical guidance and support in resolving critical issues.
- Construct design documents and documentation to aid in maintenance and code reuse.
- Lead in solution design session to create the solution design diagrams and documentation.
- Offer your input and expertise to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Valorizamos:
- You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Front End development and component development.
- Our current stack includes (though not limited and we are generally open to exploring new technologies): HTML5/CSS3/Modern Typescript/React with NextJS/Testing Libraries/REST Services. Storybook. Shadcn (RadixUI) Tailwind CSS.
- You are driven by a deep passion for elegant crafting solutions and expertly integrating cloud services to optimize architecture design.
- You have a hunger to learn and are open to change which is evident in your constant hunt to improve yourself our team and our products.
- Responsible team player and eager to learn new technologies.
- Experience building high traffic production ready applications.
- An understanding of web accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- CI/CD experience (GitLab IC).
- You care about ownership. You proactively seek out bugs and fix them. Occasionally when bugs find you you dont sweep them under the rug.
- You have developed large applications in a team environment.
- You are a good communicator. You can present complicated solutions to nontechnical audiences in a simple and logical way.
