We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in Recruitment process. This is a parttime position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Role: Recruiter freelance English speaker
Location: Bangalore Yelahanka (request to work in office) hybrid
Position: Parttime (Monday to Friday afternoons)
Salary: WHEN APPLIED please share expectation for salary hour (also consider will have commission on placement). (If not express application wont be considered).
Date of start: ASAP
Tasks:
Maintain a consistent flow of candidates across various industries and regions.
Present qualified candidates promptly in the Staff Shop format for open requisitions.
Manage daily communication with clients and candidates through various channels.
Conduct quality calls and checkins to assess onsite needs replace staff and react accordingly.
Advocate and demonstrate the company Mission Vision and Values to employees clients and temporary staff.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in Sourcing Boolean search on LinkedIn Google.
Relevant experience in Preselection following up full cycle process.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
At least 3 years of full cycle Recruiting Experience with 2 years in Sales or Human Resources.
Work hybrid; details discussed during a phone interview.
Experience with different kinds of Compagnies: BPO Industrial..
