Job Title: Customer Advisor (English 2 of the following languages: Polish Lithuanian or Czech)
Location: Ghent Belgium
Schedule: Rotating 24/7 Shifts (7 hours 30 minutes per shift)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Relocation Package: One month of accommodation provided
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and multilingual Customer Advisor to join our vibrant team in Ghent. In this role you will provide exceptional customer support respond to inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience. Fluency in English combined with proficiency in two of the following languagesPolish Lithuanian or Czechis essential.
This hybrid role includes a rotating 24/7 shift system offering flexibility for individuals who thrive in fastpaced settings. Additionally we provide a onemonth accommodation package to assist with your relocation to Ghent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver toptier customer service in English and either Polish Lithuanian or Czech via phone email and chat.
- Address customer inquiries resolve issues and provide accurate product or service information.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and offer effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting performance targets including quality standards and response times.
- Collaborate with colleagues and crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in two of the following languages: Polish Lithuanian or Czech.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a professional empathetic approach to customer concerns.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexible and teamoriented with the willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
