Your Mission

In this role of Customer Success you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our relationships with clients in Flanders and the Netherlands. Youll be the trusted advisor for our clientsguiding them through onboarding understanding their needs and ensuring they derive maximum value from Chift.

Your goal is to foster client satisfaction activate product usage and drive retention and growth. At Chift our success is directly tied to our clients success making your role crucial in building strong longlasting partnerships. Our clients are SaaS companies and mainly fintechs such as Mollie and Booking Experts.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Serve as the primary contact for our Dutchspeaking clients ensuring their experience with Chift is smooth positive and impactful.
  • Drive a Seamless Onboarding Process: Guide clients through the onboarding phase helping them integrate Chifts solutions effortlessly into their operations.
  • Understand and Address Client Needs: Act as the voice of the customer gathering insights on their challenges and relaying feedback to our product and technical teams to drive improvements.
  • Activate Product Usage: Work closely with clients to ensure they fully adopt and benefit from Chifts integrations maximizing their engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support Client Growth: Identify opportunities to expand Chifts value for clients through upselling or introducing new features that align with their goals.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work handinhand with sales marketing and product teams to ensure a unified and excellent client experience.
  • Proactively Solve Problems: Anticipate client challenges and address them before they escalate positioning Chift as an indispensable partner.

Requirements

Profile sought

  • Experience: 3 years in Customer Success Account Management or a similar clientfacing role preferably in SaaS or fintech.
  • Languages: Native Dutch speaker with excellent English skills; French is a plus.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with APIs software integration and an understanding of accounting/financial tools.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Youre a natural communicator who thrives on building connections and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • CustomerCentric Mindset: You genuinely enjoy helping clients succeed and are driven by their success.
  • Drive: Ambitious goaloriented and able to thrive in a fastpaced highpressure environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
