Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed individual and company sales targets within the Benelux region.
Maintain and grow a portfolio of key accounts ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities by leveraging existing industry contacts and building relationships with potential clients.
Actively promote and sell a diverse range of raw materials including vitamins minerals amino acids and specialized ingredients for the food feed and supplement industries.
Collaborate with internal teams including operations and purchasing to deliver tailoredmsolutions that meet client needs.
Plan and participate in industry events trade shows and customer engagement activities to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.
Provide regular sales reports market insights and updates to the European Sales Manager.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience in sales within the NutraIngredients industry with a focus on vitamins minerals sports nutrition and supplements.
Established network of clients and decisionmakers within the Benelux food and feed
sectors.
Strong knowledge of market dynamics product applications and customer needs in the region.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Fluent in English and at least one other language relevant to the Benelux region (Dutch French or German preferred).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationships.
Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
Familiarity with international trade customs regulations and logistics.
