Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and fluent Frenchspeaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens Greece. In this role you will provide topquality customer support to Frenchspeaking clients assisting with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience. If you are passionate about customer service and enjoy helping people this position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment in Hellas (Greece).
As a French Customer Service Representative you will communicate with customers via phone email and chat helping them with a variety of issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support to Frenchspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Address customer inquiries troubleshoot issues and offer accurate clear and effective solutions.
- Resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system.
- Meet performance targets including response times quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Stay updated on product knowledge company policies and services to provide the best possible support.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in French (both spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused approach.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
