Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Frenchspeaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens Greece. In this role you will deliver exceptional customer support to Frenchspeaking clients addressing their inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive overall experience. If you are passionate about helping people and enjoy providing excellent service this position offers a wonderful opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment in Hellas (Greece).
As a French Customer Service Representative you will interact with customers through phone email and chat helping them resolve a variety of issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Frenchspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Address customer inquiries troubleshoot problems and provide clear accurate solutions.
- Resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner ensuring a positive experience for the customer.
- Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and followup.
- Meet performance targets including response times quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Stay informed on company products services and policies to provide accurate and helpful information.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in French (both written and spoken).
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain information to customers.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a customercentric attitude.
- Detailoriented and wellorganized.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
- A positive proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Basic proficiency in English is beneficial but not required.
