Main Responsibilities
Web presence and online strategy
- Improve the structure and functionality of the ACN web presence
- Update and maintain the ACN web pages. This includes presenting material online in a way that maximises visibility and discoverability in line with the OECD corporate communications strategy adapting texts for the web and coordinating the integration of relevant material horizontally across the OECD.
- Draft thematic web content for ACN as needed.
- Provide guidance tools and templates to Division staff when required.
Social Media & external engagement
- Post content manage and maintain ACN social media platforms (e.g. Twitter LinkedIn Flickr SlideShare) in line with OECDs social media guidelines and DAFs communications objectives as well as DAFs strategic communications plan.
- Regularly monitor in collaboration with PAC Impact team and generate analytics of social media efforts for impact reporting.
- Develop communications strategies and social media campaigns for key events (highlevel meetings publication launches etc.) building contacts and engagement with key stakeholders including media.
- Support work on media outreach including coordination support on press releases and review.
Publications and working papers
- Work with authors the DAF communications unit and PAC to prepare publications manuscripts and working papers for dissemination online in line with corporate guidelines and policies notably those issued by COM by the Office of the SecretaryGeneral (SGE/OSG) and by the Legal Affairs Directorate (SGE/LEG). This will involve copyediting document formatting quality control and proofreading assigned manuscripts/texts in compliance with the corporate guidelines and policies.
- Contribute to the design and dissemination of highquality communication and training materials targeted towards a variety of stakeholders. Example materials include PowerPoint presentations flyers brochures videos short versions of reports and communications for social media (e.g. Twitter LinkedIn Flickr SlideShare etc.). This will involve the design of visuals (e.g. icons infographics and PowerPoint design) as well as templates.
- Advise authors on editorial processes and options respecting prioritysetting and OECDCOM standards policies and procedures.
Communications support for project meetings and events
- Oversee and/or contribute to the publications and communications needs of meetings and events. This will include ensuring effective communications with participants via dedicated websites coordinating visual signatures preparing agendas managing conference signage coordinating associated promotional activities and liaising with media and sponsors.
- Coordinate launches other media events with Publications and Printing Unit as well as DAF Communication team.
Internal communications & communications planning
- Provide assistance to the ACN managers in dealing with various internal requests for information such as inputs for various ACN DAF and OECD communications products newsletters reports speaking notes ensuring that deadlines are met correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner and coordinating followup action with ACN staff as necessary.
- Coordinate in planning communications publications and events with DAF DOs Communications Unit including by keeping the joint calendar up to date and preparing for regular planning meetings.

Academic Background
- Post secondary education preferably in Communications
Professional Background
- Experience working in public affairs or in the communications field.
- Experience working in an international organisation would be an advantage.
- Experience in creating social media calendars and content.
- Experience creating and maintaining websites and other digital platforms.
- Experience in proofing editing and formatting of documents
Tools
- Excellent grasp Adobe Creative Suite to produce visual elements.
- Excellent skills creating and editing videos.
- Familiarity with website Content Management System programmes including a strong working knowledge of T4.
- Familiarity with key social media platforms (Twitter LinkedIn Facebook YouTube).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite as a collaborative and publishing environment.
- Familiarity with eShare and document management concepts like permissions versioning metadata and publishing.
- Familiarity with the rules and practices on communications and visibility of the EU funded activities.

Languages
- Fluency in one of the two OECD official languages (English and French) and knowledge of the other with a commitment to reach a good working level.
