General Summary Of Duties:
Provide excellent customer service to guests coworkers and management. Answer and direct incoming and outgoing calls assign rooms for housekeeping services to Guest Room Attendants maintain information in Company systems and records and track issue and collect inventory of radios and iPods used by Housekeeping Department personnel.
Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)
- Provide excellent customer service to guests coworkers and management.
- Receive and direct internal/external telephone calls that have been placed with the Department
- Assign track update and prioritize guest rooms for housekeeping service in REX including serving as liaison between Housekeeping Facilities and Hotel departments to facilitate the service for maintenance and/or rush rooms.
- Input information room status and other information into Companys systems (including but not limited to REX and HotSos) for room reports.
- Communicate by way of written data that pertains to guest rooms rooming areas and employee relations.
- Collect inventory and log radios and Ipod devices according to property guidelines.
- Duties as assigned by management.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to listen effectively read write speak and understand the English language clearly to ascertain and document important information to follow written and/or verbal instructions to provide clear direction/guidance to subordinates and to communicate with other employees management and external contacts.
- Social skills as demonstrated by the ability to listen and respond to employee or management inquiries/concerns using a position clear speaking voice answering questions and/or offering assistance giving accurate information regarding plans policy or procedures within guidelines.
- Ability to move and work throughout confined office area and/or sit at desk workstation for the duration of the shift.
- Basic mathematical skills necessary to verify/balance reports and perform simple calculations.
- Ability to organize/prioritize work meet deadlines work with minimal supervision/multiple interruptions exercise judgment and adapt instructions/directions from one assignment to another.
- Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards.
- Ability to maintain a neat clean and wellgroomed appearance.
- Follow the lead of Management and accept any additional tasks and assignments deemed necessary.
