Job Description
- Act as the primary contact for customer account management handling all inquiries and concerns.
- Proactively engage with clients on a monthly basis to nurture and expand existing accounts.
- Foster strong customer relationships to maximize their longterm value.
- Identify opportunities and promptly address customer issues with precision.
- Guarantee prompt and successful delivery of our solutions to meet customer needs and goals.
- Collaborate with various internal teams (such as Customer Service and Product Development) to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor account metrics including weekly monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Share your weekly sales report to facilitate effective communication and improve performance analysis.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated track record of at least 3 years in sales account management key account management or business development roles.
- Exceptional proficiency in Business English communication
- Experienced in closing sales deals through cold calling.
