Job Description

Our client operates as an established Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider delivering advanced electronic solutions to diverse industries including connectivity electrification industrial automation medical devices and defense/aerospace sectors. With a strong focus on quality and innovation the company specializes in manufacturing embedded electronics and boxbuilt solutions tailored to client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope goals and deliverables aligned with customer requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers managing communications and expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality cost and delivery objectives.
- Monitor project progress and ensure ontime onbudget delivery.
- Address customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Analyze project costs and profitability identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and customer specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field.
- 5 years of program management experience in EMS or manufacturing.
- Strong project management and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
