Job Description
Position : Principal Wells Engineer
Industry : Oil & Gas
Location : Sarawak
Requirement(s):
- Bachelors degree in petroleum engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of work experience in Oil and Gas Industry specializing in either Drilling Completions or workovers.
- Experience working as wellsite engineer or Night Drilling Supervisor.
- Proficient in Well Engineering Planning Software. (StressCheck WellCat WellPlan Well Cost Compass Kick Tolerance Casing Wear etc)
- Experience in wells design well performance monitoring troubleshooting or optimization of well performance and well management.
- Well construction Drilling techniques well control fluids property management drilling mechanics performance monitoring.
- Well completions Completion designs well performance analysis operational considerations & well operability limits.
- Experience working on offshore and onshore drilling projects.
- Experience in participating in technical reviews & able to provide technical assurance on technical works /analysis.
- Experience in provision of Training on subject matters
- Experience in CCUS
