Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Read and familiarize project AFC drawings specifications procedures ITP shop drawings and applicable international codes and standards such as IEC
  • Develop QC Inspection package for the area/ scope of works and get immediate supervisor approval
  • Perform/ witness quality inspection testing and surveillance (receiving installation & testing) as per the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) as directed by immediate supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in relevant disciplines.
  • Registered with Authority (ST/EC) for authorization of testing or operating AND Chargeman certificate A0/ A1 by Energy Commission Malaysia
  • Minimum 4 to 12 years of working experience in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Experience in Operation/Maintenance/ Reliability.
  • Experience in handling at least 1 complete Project phases i.e. EPCC
  • Offshore Experience is an advantage.
  • Design Engineering & Consultancy is an advantage.
  • Familiar with
    • Inspection and Testing skill/ techniques compliance with standards Electrical design requirements
    • Familiar with PTS &Codes and Specifications: International Electrical Commission (IEC)
    • Read and interprets construction drawings schematics SLD competency.
