Job Description
Position : HUC Electrical & Instrument Engineer
Employment : Contract
Industry : Oil & Gas
Location : KL Office
Scope of Works:
- Develop all plans and procedures for commissioning of systems.
- Ensure compliance with project quality procedures such as document control change control materials control field inspection and testing procedures.
- Lead commissioning team during commissioning/startup.
- Develop all turnover documents required for custody transfer to Operations.
- Shall be responsible for Electrical and Instrument scope of work in term of workscoping job card development develop procedure raise STQ planning project network MTO closeout report etc.
- Shall ensure all safety concerns are addressed in the Workpack.
- Shall comply with all COMPANY Procedures and Guidelines and ensure incorporation into the Workpack.
Requirement(s):
- Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 610 years of experience.
- Familiar with international electrical and instrumentation standards.
- Competent in testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Familiar with design codes and standards and oil and gas industry construction practices.
- Member of BEM is preferred.
- Relevant Experience
- Construction hook up and commissioning of oil and gas projects.
- Developing commissioning procedures
- Relevant experience in offshore topside maintenance and Brownfield for Topside Facilities.
- Relevant experience in greenfield topside HUC
