Job Description
Scope of Works:
- Read and familiarize project AFC drawings Painting Matrix specifications procedures ITP shop drawings and applicable international codes and standards such as ASTM D3276 SSPC and CINI;
- Develop QC Inspection package for the area/ scope of works and get immediate supervisor approval;
- Perform/ witness quality inspection testing and surveillance (blasting painting coating and insulation) as per the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) as directed by immediate supervisor;
Qualification/Skills:
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in oil and gas
- Inspection and Testing techniques
- Painting/Coating/ Insulation requirements
- COMPANY Technical Standards (PTS)
- Codes and Specifications: ASTM D3276 SSPC CINI
- Read and interprets construction drawings
- BGASCSWIP Paint Inspector grade 2
- NACE Paint Inspection Level 2
- IMM Level 2
- ICOR Level 2
