About this Position
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our global team providing essential technical support to World Kinect employees worldwide. In this role you will assist with enduser device issues applications and services ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolutions. As a key part of the team youll handle a variety of technical support tasks from device troubleshooting to collaborating on team projects and creating selfservice knowledge articles. If you have experience with Windows Mac and iOS systems and thrive in a collaborative environment this could be a great opportunity for you.
Job Responsibilities
Provide enduser device support and administration (Windows Mac iOS phones/tablets).
Engage with users via calls chats and ticket platforms managing assignments with updates.
Offer whiteglove support for executives and their assistants.
Deliver onsite support at the Miami TechBar addressing IT systems like conference rooms printers phones and more.
Assist in employee onboarding ensuring computer equipment software and accounts are ready.
Route and escalate incidents that fall outside of Tier I support.
Maintain and create knowledge articles for selfservice opportunities across enterprise applications.
Collaborate on trending issues knowledge gaps and tasks requiring Tier II support.
Job Skills/Requirements
2 years of IT service experience preferably in a similar role.
Associate or bachelors degree in IT or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong written documentation and communication skills.
Proficient in computer systems and operating systems (Windows 10 Mac OS iOS).
Experience with Active Directory Azure (Entra ID) and Office 365.
Familiarity with Zoom BOX and ticketing systems.
Basic scripting and automation experience is a plus.
Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends/holidays if needed.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $21$23/hour
