Job Description
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and resultsoriented Country Manager to lead Enpals entry and operations in the French market a new and exciting venture for our company. As the key figure for this new venture you will have endtoend responsibility for building and scaling our business in France ensuring that Enpal establishes itself as a market leader in renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the gotomarket strategy for Enpals renewable energy solutions in France ensuring alignment with the companys longterm vision and goals.
Recruit lead and develop a highperforming local team across functions including sales operations and customer service to support market growth.
Act as the primary representative of Enpal in France managing relationships with regulators industry bodies and key partners
Plan implement and scale organizational structure
Take full ownership of the French markets revenue and profitability setting ambitious targets and ensuring financial sustainability
Qualifications :
Relevant professional and technical experience in developing and managing operations from scratch ideally in the renewable energy or related sectors.
Exceptional project management capabilities with a track record of coordinating complex operations and managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with the solar energy sector including installation processes equipment regulations and best practices is highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
