As global CrossFunctional Business Intelligence Center of Competence (xBI) we drive the future steering of Bosch and turn data into actionable insights by offering DataAnalyticsasaservice AIasaservice as well as readytouse data analytics and selfservice solutions to Bosch internal customers.As part of the leading inhouse provider for BI and analytics based on integrated data within Bosch you will experience startup spirit and make your contribution through entrepreneurial thinking and acting.Are you passionate about data solving customer needs and working with people from all over the world We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to manage our Indiabased Data analytics & AI team while also driving both local and global business development.As the Service Delivery Manager you will lead a team of talented associates act as the first point of contact for local and global customers and collaborate with global teams to develop datadriven solutions. You will play a key role in translating customer requirements into solution architectures based on our platform approach and driving business growth through data analytics initiatives. This position combines leadership customerfacing responsibilities and technical expertise ensuring that you are at the heart of both client success and team development.
Leadership & Team Management: Lead mentor and develop a highperforming crossfunctional team in India. Ensure team engagement and professional growth while driving the delivery of topnotch data solutions.
First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for our local and global customers and partners building strong relationships and understanding their business challenges and data needs.
Solution Architecture: Translate customer requirements into effective solution architectures working closely with both the technical team and clients to ensure their needs are met through tailored analytics solutions.
Business Development: Collaborate with the global business development team to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Stakeholder Management: Work with local and global stakeholders to align project outcomes with strategic business goals. Ensure transparency timely communication and smooth collaboration across teams.
Process Optimization: Continuously seek to improve processes drive innovation in data solutions and ensure the team remains on the cutting edge of analytics technology.
Global Collaboration: Represent the regional team in global leadership meetings ensuring the integration of local insights with global strategies. Align regional work with broader business goals and contribute to our global success.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Business Analytics Computer Science or a related field. Relevant certifications in data analytics business development or solution architecture are a plus.
Additional Information :
1012 years of overall experience with focus on data analytics or business intelligence with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Handson experience in clientfacing roles with a proven ability to translate customer requirements into comprehensive dat
