This role plays a key part in supporting the strategic objective of Brilliant Basics by ensuring robust operational data measurement and reporting to build a solid foundation for success.
As a member of the Operational Reporting Analytics and Workforce Planning team you will contribute to the maintenance optimization and transformation of our Data & Analytical layers. Your primary focus will be on generating actionable insights through reporting and supporting the development of both localized and strategic analytics to enhance operational effectiveness efficiency and cost reduction.
This position will be working across a range of our business units and experience with Contact Centre metrics and enterprise scale database systems is required.
