Job Description
No two days will be the same! You will rotate weekly across both roles offering loads of variety and you will develop a broad skills base across all things admin.
You will spend your time working across 2 offices in the CBD 15 mins walk apart. Hours are 8.00 to 4.30pm Mon Wed Thurs & Fri 32hrs per week.
Our Facilities Assistant role will mainly focus on back of house admin functions. You will work withmailroom processes AV/VC support kitchen and stationary purchasing assist with external contractors front desk and so much more!

Who are we looking for
- You will ideally have previous customer facing experience in a professional environment dealing with clients in a confident manner.
- You will have basic Microsoft office skills and have enthusiasm in learning new systems.
Our Admin assistants are team players they have a cando attitude are flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.

- Able to undergo a preemployment medical reference and police check
