• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
• Handle customer interactions through various channels including phone email and inperson
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently ensuring attention to detail
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and policies
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
• Adapt to changing customer needs and company priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills
• Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a cando attitude and team spirit

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a professional setting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
• Proficiency in basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
• Flexible availability to work various shifts including days and evenings
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to adhere to company dress code and wear a provided uniform
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
• Empathetic approach to customer concerns and complaints
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
