The Brand Manager Immunology is responsible for managing establish brand positioning and driving performance leading brand team and working with IFTs (In field team) in their efforts to carry out the companys goals and strategies and supports the team.
Especially shaping the market for accelerated penetration with expanded indication is expected performance. Business & financial acumen (long term sale forecasting budget management and business case development) based on market environment understanding generating impactful insights to strategy thru stakeholder alignment and seamless execution including effective storytelling with proper material/tactics are expected capabilities.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Participating in the development of marketing objectives strategies advertising and promotion
Executing marketing strategies
Developing annual sales volume and profit forecasts pricing and expense budgets.
Recognizing the needs of key stakeholder and addressing them
Participating in trainings and adopting current market trends and detailing strategies
Developing detailing materials in line with the brand teams goals and strategies
Understanding and presenting clinical data (must be able to provide as much information as necessary and answer productrelated questions instructions on usage safety data clinical study data etc.)
Leading eChannel Management
Managing patient support program
Ensuring all business activities comply with the relevant Acts legal demands and ethical standards.
Achieving sales margin and market share annual goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree with scientific background preferred
Experience in Immunology or Rheumatology/Gastroenterology preferred
Relevant experience in new brand launch preferred
3 years of sales or marketing experiences in relevant industry
Strong communication skills
