Charging & Packing Responsibilities :

(Responsibility is an obligation of individual to
perform assigned duties to the best of his ability under the direction of his
executive leader) Production Management: Oversee all
production activities in the charging and packing departments for battery
production. Daily Coordination: Attend daily
production meetings on the shop floor. Data Entry: Ensure timely entry of
battery production, PR, and rejection data in SAP. Quality Collaboration: Collaborate
with QA, R&D, and process teams to achieve high-quality finished goods. Machine and Consumables Availability:
Ensure timely availability of machine spares and consumables for smooth
operations.

Machine ISO Audit Compliance: Ensure
readiness for ISO audits. Raw Material Reconciliation: Conduct monthly and daily RM reconciliation. Maintenance Oversight: Ensure timely
machine maintenance and preventive maintenance. Rejection Control: Maintain floor
rejection levels within limits in the charging and packing departments. Accountability :
