Job Description

Overview

The Sales Manager EV Charging Solutions plays a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth within the rapidly evolving electric vehicle charging industry. This position is essential for establishing productive relationships with customers and channel partners enhancing the company s visibility and market share. The Sales Manager will lead a dynamic sales team creating strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and providing expert knowledge of electric vehicle solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for EV Charging Solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competition.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and presentations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials.
  • Provide expert guidance on product features benefits and technical specifications.
  • Arrange product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers for sales and services.
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Stay informed about regulatory developments affecting EV charging solutions.
  • Contribute to team meetings and strategy discussions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management preferably in the EV or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electric vehicle charging technologies and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Understanding of the competitive landscape of the EV industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
