Position : Project Manager
Working Schedule : 8a5p EST
Salary Range :USD/month (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage software development projects in our company. The ideal candidate is a highenergy resourceful organized leader with nearnative English communication skills and extensive experience in best practices in software project management.
Responsibilities
- With minimal supervision guide daytoday activities for at least five strategic projects
- Be proactive in holding the project team and key stakeholders accountable for project tasks and critical path timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Develop monitor and manage project plans deliverables and activities
- Be responsible for budget management and resource management
- Independently set up and facilitate project meetings and effectively communicate project status
- Proactively identify monitor document and communicate project risks and issues
- Organize and maintain project documentation project work product and project related repositories
- Manage external vendors and contractors around the globe
Qualifications
- 4 years of project management (Required)
- High Energy (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Required)
- Excellent nearnative written and verbal communication skills (Required)
- Working knowledge of JIRA (Required) Asana Trello Azure DevOps (Preferred)
- PMP project management certification (Preferred)
- Experience with Agile development (Preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously (Required)
- Expert knowledge of Excel PowerPoint Word and Outlook (Required)
