Job Description
Position : Customer Service Representative
Working Hours : 9am5pm MF PST
Salary Range : usd/month

Duties and Responsibilities:
- support in email chat text
- people ask questions in the backend text and email system and this person will give troubleshooting
- create a ticket and appointment with the inside sales
- has an upbeat friendly energy
- should be empathetic with customers
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in the role
- Energetic and focused individual
- Fluent English speaker with limited accent
- Critical thinking skills and confidence in decisionmaking
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
