As a Marketing Executive you will play a key role in promoting the resorts brand services and offerings to attract highend clientele. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns manage digital platforms and maintain relationships with key partners to ensure the resorts visibility and competitive edge in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness increase bookings and drive revenue for the resort.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences trends competitor strategies and guest preferences.
- Manage and update the resorts website social media platforms and email marketing campaigns to ensure they are aligned with the brands voice and goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and packages that attract guests for seasonal offers events and special programs.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing resort events PR campaigns and influencer collaborations to enhance the resorts visibility.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns through analytics tools and provide insights for improvements.
- Assist in managing the resorts reputation online by responding to reviews and maintaining a positive presence on various review platforms.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Hospitality Management Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role preferably in the luxury hospitality industry or tourism sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics SEO SEM email marketing).
- Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills.
- Creativity and a passion for the luxury hospitality market.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) is a plus.
