Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and forwardthinking Head of Casino Services to lead our casino operations team. This critical role involves strategising and managing casino services to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry knowledge exceptional leadership abilities and a passion for excellence in service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a highperforming local team working with HR to develop recruitment and retention strategies tailored to the Serbian market.
  • Adapt HR processes to align with Serbias cultural and legal environment.
  • Foster a positive and highperforming workplace culture that prioritizes employee satisfaction.
  • Position the Serbian studio as a premier employer in the region.
  • Develop and implement operational policies that meet Serbian legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Promote collaboration between the Serbian studio and other Live Casino locations to achieve organizational goals.
  • Optimize resource allocation ensuring efficient use of staff skills and equipment.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with Serbian legal standards and internal company policies.
  • Provide senior management with regular performance updates using datadriven insights to inform decisions.
  • Design competitive benefits and compensation packages that appeal to the Serbian labor market.
  • Identify risks and opportunities proposing strategies for improvement and business growth.
  • Implement risk management strategies handle crises effectively and ensure business continuity.
  • Manage legal documentation and compliance with Serbian regulations.
  • Oversee facilities and logistics to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and enhance operations.
  • Develop and monitor operational budgets ensuring costeffective practices and identifying opportunities for savings.
  • Take on additional tasks to support the business leveraging operational expertise.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
  • Advanced certifications in project management and leadership (e.g. PMP Six Sigma) are a plus.
  • Extensive senior operations management experience ideally within the casino or gaming industry.
  • 57 years of experience in establishing and managing operations particularly in iGaming or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of operational management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Deep understanding of Serbian legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven leadership skills with a record of building and managing highperforming teams.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Creative problemsolving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in fastpaced highpressure environments.
