DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and lead the local team partnering with HR to create recruitment and retention strategies specific to Serbia.
- Tailor HR processes to fit the cultural and legal context in Serbia.
- Create a positive company culture that encourages high performance and employee satisfaction.
- Establish the Serbian studio as a top workplace in the region.
- Develop and implement operational policies that comply with Serbian laws and regulations.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Foster strong collaboration between the Serbian studio and other Live Casino locations.
- Manage resources to ensure they are used efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure the right mix of staff skills and equipment to meet operational needs.
- Look for ways to improve processes and streamline workflows to boost productivity.
- Regularly assess operations to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with Serbian legal standards and company policies.
- Keep senior management informed with regular performance reports using data to drive improvements.
- Design competitive employee benefits and compensation packages for the Serbian market.
- Identify business risks and opportunities and suggest areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to manage risks handle crises and ensure business continuity.
- Handle legal documentation and ensure full compliance with Serbian laws.
- Oversee facilities and logistics ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Develop and track operational budgets to ensure costeffective practices.
- Monitor expenses and implement costsaving measures when needed.
- Take on additional tasks as needed bringing operational expertise to support the business.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- A bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field. Masters degree is preferred.
- A Masters degree in project management andleadership certifications (e.g. PMP Six Sigma) would be considered an advantage.
- Extensive experience in senior operations management preferably within the casino gaming industry.
- At least 57 years of previous experience in setting up and managing operations preferably in the iGaming or related industries.
- Proficient in operational management systems and data analysis tools.
- Indepth understanding of Serbian regulatory and legal frameworks.
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of building and leading highperforming teams.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A creative problemsolver with a focus on continuous operational improvement.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage highpressure situations effectively.
