Job Description
Job Title: Lead Product Development Project Manager
Location: Gothenburg
Experience Level: Senior (8 years)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Development Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of engineeringbased projects. This role focuses on planning executing and overseeing all aspects of complex projects ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design communicate and implement operational plans for engineering projects including infrastructure facilities and equipment.
- Prepare designs project controls specifications schedules cost estimates and ensure seamless production transportation installation testing and commissioning.
- Monitor project progress addressing operational challenges and minimizing delays.
- Identify develop and manage resources required for project completion.
- Develop engineering standards project schedules budgets and forecasts.
- Manage the selection of materials equipment project staff and external contractors.
- Provide coaching and guidance to teams on project management best practices.
- Lead large highcomplexity projects with significant impact on the business.
- Analyze and solve complex problems with minimal oversight.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in product development project management.
- Proven ability to manage highcomplexity projects endtoend.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and delegating to team members.
- Project Management Certification (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent) is preferred.
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
