Job Title: Senior Project Manager Design & Product Development
Location: Gothenburg
Experience Level: Senior (10 years)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager Design & Product Development to lead critical engineering projects. You will play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability strategy focusing on phasing out hazardous materials from our products and ensuring the development of highquality designs across engine and driveline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager for Design you will:
- Lead Sustainability Initiatives: Drive projects to phase out hazardous materials from products contributing to our longterm sustainability goals.
- Holistic Product Oversight: Oversee projects that span multiple engine platforms integrating efforts across departments.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams including purchasing production testing and design departments.
- Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate a team of designers working on engines and drivelines.
- CAD Support: Assist CAD design engineers by developing documentation maturing products in the CAD system redesigning models and resolving design challenges.
- Technical Contributions: Create detailed DCNs (Design Change Notices) CAD assemblies and technical drawings to ensure product readiness and quality.
