Responsibilities:
Support dealers and service providers by providing information and resolving parts concerns.
Follow up on orders or backorders to ensure ontime deliveries.
Take ownership of the ordertocash process.
Assist dealers on system operating questions and interface with system developer.
Manage daytoday communication with dealers and service providers to ensure smooth parts operations.
Maintain and improve the spare parts catalogues.
Perform data analyses on order overview and parts logistics.
Handle order returns cancellations and other spare parts related inquiries.
Able to assist customs clearance agencies in clearing spare parts.
Requirements:
Bachelor level of Supply Chain/Business background;
Client facing experience with highly customer oriented mindset. Preferrably in automotive industry.
High attention to details and ability to perform tasks efficiently in a dynamic working environment;
Excellent in written and spoken English and Turkish. Skills in Chinese language is considered an advantage;
Proficiency with Microsoft office and Outlook advanced level of Excel would be a plus;
Effective communicator and team player;
Willing to learn and open for new challenges
