Your Mission
As our new Sales Executive you will be part of the Sales Organization and report to the Head of Sales. You will play a pivotal role in our sales team working towards capturing opportunities in the thriving and expansive Swedish market.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive new sales of our innovative new platform while also identifying and capitalizing on upselling opportunities with existing clients who are using our older platform. You will have the unique challenge of guiding both new and existing clients through a transition phase ensuring they see the full value of both our legacy and new solutions.

Core Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and engage with key decisionmakers to drive business growth.
Work with both new clients to sell our latest platform and with existing clients to upsell to the new solution ensuring smooth transitions and maximum value.
Managing prospects and clients to build and nurture relationships acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
Manage the complete sales and upselling process from initial contact to deal closure and onboarding.
Maintain accurate uptodate sales records and routinely update the CRM system.
Stay informed about the Swedish public procurement market using industry insights to fuel sales strategies and growth.
Required Qualifications
(Ideally 5 years) experience in SaaS solution selling and a strong drive for results with documented success.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Fluent in Swedish.
Proficient in time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience from highvelocity sales.
Knowledge of the public procurement market in Sweden is highly desirable.
Experience in managing both new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients.
