Our client a well known digital services provider operating in the iGaming field is expanding its team and seeking to recruit a VIP Agent to join the Turkish desk.
Tasks
- Daily weekly and monthly VIP player activity monitoring and reporting; wagering revenue win/loss and player generosity levels.
- Generate and organize weekly potential active lapsing and lapsed VIP lists for contact and liaise to ensure players are contacted in a timely and appropriate manner with appropriate offers and treatment.
- Help design write and carry out quality control checks on all VIP player communications and promotional content (email DM).
- Manage and organize offline VIP events; ensuring high standards are met
- Ensure player wins are followed up quickly and where necessary organize for player interviews and coordinate promotional content for the site.
- Maintain the VIP Club website and promotional content.
- Help source and send VIP player gifts merchandise and event tickets.
- Provide VIP activity reports to the Head of Retention on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Set up comps and bonuses for VIP players according to guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Heads of Affiliate Casino CRM to ensure a unified approach and consistency in communication.
- Liaise with the affiliate team on all VIP promotions and events to help them acquire high rollers.
- Provide feedback on VIP player promotions to the product and marketing teams.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in the iGaming industry particularly in VIP client account management.
- Indepth knowledge of the Turkish iGaming market and its player preferences.
- Native or fluent in Turkish with excellent proficiency in English.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Skilled in using CRM tools and other relevant software for player management.
- Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively in a team.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
