are you passionate about the energy transition and naturally curious about power markets we are seeking a collaborative senior trading operations expert who wants to design the best customer experience with our asset optimization and software engineers. we promise your daily work will never run out of challenges.
stand for the best customer experience
as part of our handpicked team of experts you will
- take part in the onboarding of new flexibility assets especially battery storage systems
- support customers together with our partners for ancillary services to integrate prequalify and onboard flexible assets like battery storage for crossmarket optimization
- optimize and automate processes
- understand the requirements of each grid operator in terms of nomination format and deadlines
- make sure power is flowing the right way and all aftertrade processes are working
- lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets
- coordinate with other internal communities (trading operation IT finance) to create the best customer experience
- and discover and eliminate operational risk.
Requirements
how you fit into the team
you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively and
- have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in shortterm power markets
- value excellent team spirit startup culture and creative freedom
- preferably bring some coding experience
- have a background in either business IT natural sciences or similar
- have great communication skills and a customerfocused mindset
- are decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems
- are fluent in English German and other languages are a plus
- have a detailoriented and structured way of working coupled with a handson mentality
- and you are a curious person with a good sense of humor.
