Were excited to find a sharp Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic Data Science team! Youll be at the heart of developing optimizing and integrating ML models and architecture to fully automate Alpass core product. Your mission: Fully automate the supplier search at stellar quality. Tasks
- Build and Maintain ML Pipelines: Develop maintain and monitor data pipelines and ML model training/inference pipelines
- Model Optimization: Continuously improve model performance and inference efficiency to ensure stability and quality
- Seamless Integration: Ensure smooth integration of ML models with other software components
- Stay Current: Research and adapt to the latest AI developments to enhance our solutions
- Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
Requirements

- Experience: 4 years in roles like MLE MLOps Software Engineer (ML/AI) Backend Engineer or similar
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python Airflow CI/CD and MLOps tools like MLFlow or KubeFlow or similar
- Soft Skills: Strong project ownership creative problemsolving and effective communication. You thrive in a team manage time well and are eager to learn and adapt
- Language: Fluency in English (C1 level)
- NicetoHave: Experience with NLP LLMs GCP Kubernetes Terraform Docker FastAPI Pandas Scikitlearn Pytorch TensorFlow and software engineering best practices
