About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Android Engineer to join our team and help build scalable intuitive and performant mobile experiences for our growing base of investors. As an Android Engineer youll be responsible for developing and enhancing our Android app to deliver seamless and delightful user experiences in the financial domain.
What Youll Do:
- Design develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android development frameworks.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product design and backend engineering to define and deliver new features.
- Write clean maintainable and testable code while adhering to best practices in mobile development.
- Optimize application performance ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.
- Debug profile and troubleshoot issues to ensure the stability and quality of the app.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure highquality standards across the team.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Android development.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with Kotlin and Android SDKs.
- Familiarity with modern Android architectures like MVVM MVI or Clean Architecture.
- Handson experience with Jetpack components (e.g. Compose Navigation LiveData Room Hilt).
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and thirdparty libraries.
- Strong understanding of multithreading concurrency and performance optimization on mobile devices.
- Knowledge of design patterns UI/UX principles and Material Design guidelines.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and testdriven development (TDD) practices.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
