Job Description
Job Title: Hyundai Genesis Service Technician
Location: Hampton VA
Compensation: As per Exp.
Job Type: FullTime
Client is seeking an experienced Service Technician with expertise in working on Hyundai Genesis vehicles. This is a fulltime position in the automotive industry based in Hampton Virginia. The ideal candidate will excel in diagnosing repairing and maintaining Hyundai Genesis vehicles to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on Hyundai Genesis vehicles such as oil changes brake replacements and tire rotations.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.

Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology for accurate vehicle assessments and repairs.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs cost estimates and timelines.

Document all repairs thoroughly and maintain accurate service records.

Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.

Stay updated on the latest Hyundai Genesis technologies and service bulletins.

Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians as needed.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 13 years of handson experience working on Hyundai Genesis vehicles.

Certifications: Current ASE certifications or willingness to obtain them.

Skills:

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

Proficiency with diagnostic tools and automotive technology.

Detailoriented with excellent time management.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
