Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the design implementation and operation of Microsoft Windows Linux VMWare and cloud infrastructure platforms
- Provide support for the LAN WAN Firewall and Load Balancing solutions and for the implementation and operation of Microsoft application environments such as Active Directory Azure Exchange and M365
- Provide support for the design implementation and operation of the standard infrastructure applications such as backup antivirus security patching monitoring and ITSM tools
- Ensure disaster recovery solution is operational maintained and meeting the business needs
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure delivery design or support role for onpremises and/or cloud infrastructure
- Proven experience in and supporting Microsoft Linux or server clusters
- Background creating automated environment deployment processes with tools such as Terraform
- Experience with core access and identity components such as Active Directory GPOs DNS DHCP and Client
- Experience installing and/or supporting VMWare and Cisco Networking Equipment including routers switches and firewalls
- Storage LUN creation vSAN stretched clustering storage disk utilization and management
- Enterprise networking routing protocols & traffic flow VLAN and subnet management
- Knowledge of SDWAN is nice to have
- VPLEX experience is a plus
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or equivalent
